EMERGENCY FIRST AID WHEN IT ALL SEEMS TOO HARD

  1. Flock with others… for support and ideas… and don’t be shy about it, they all have tough times too, they’ll understand.
  2. Apply one thing to help right now... you’ll feel better when you are being kind and supportive to yourself, or are moving in your preferred direction 
  3. Avoid general bad news media… No, its not representing reality! It's focused on the worst in human life.
  4. Move your body… shake, dance, walk. Be outdoors and barefoot when possible. 
  5. Use one of your strengths in a way to help one of your weaknesses
